Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

International Shipping

  • International orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Estimated international delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
  • Tracking information will be shared once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through your registered email address or phone number.

If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our support team.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you appropriately.
