At Bawli, we strive to provide premium-quality women’s ethnic wear and ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Each product goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch.

Please read our Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order on www.bawli.co.in.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for domestic orders within India only.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered, except in cases where a damaged or incorrect item has been received.


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unworn
    • Returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for:
    • Size issues
    • Product of same or higher value

We provide detailed product descriptions, fabric details, fit information, and product images. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.

Therefore, exchange requests based on:

  • Slight color differences
  • Fabric expectations
  • Material feel
  • Personal dislike/preferences

will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • You can raise an exchange request within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
  • No exchange fee will be charged.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at support@bawli.co.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Images of the product
    • Opening/unboxing video

Please make an opening video while unpacking your order for dispute verification purposes.


Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted up to two times, subject to service availability in your area.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful, customers will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. After approval, the exchanged product will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please courier the product to:

Please ensure:

  • The product is securely packed.
  • ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the package.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

We recommend using India Speed Post or a reliable courier service for self-shipping.


Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Payment verification issues
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, any prepaid amount received will be refunded to the original payment method.


Refund Policy

Bawli does not offer returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered.

We only provide a one-time exchange facility subject to eligibility mentioned above.

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • An order is cancelled by Bawli
  • A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
